We first got in touch in July and dealt with Brodie, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He sent us numerous videos of different caravans, which were incredibly useful as we narrowed down our options from Ireland. We really appreciated his honesty and the informative details he provided about each one.

We then booked a boat from Ireland for the day to visit Static World in person, where we were greeted by James upon our arrival. After our long journey, the first thing he did was show us where the toilets were and offer us tea and coffee, which was such a lovely welcome.

James spent a significant amount of time chatting with us, really listening to our needs regarding the caravan, how we planned to use it, and our budget. With so much choice available, it can feel overwhelming, so having someone knowledgeable to help us determine what suited us made a huge difference.

Funnily enough, the very first caravan James showed us turned out to be perfect, and we ended up buying it. We still looked around at several others and spent a couple of hours deliberating, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. James was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we needed assistance, while also giving us plenty of space to make our own decisions.

The entire experience was genuinely a pleasure from start to finish. James has also been really helpful with the next steps, including connecting us with delivery companies to get everything organised.

We couldn’t fault the service from Brodie and James, and we’re now so excited to take delivery of our Swift Bordeaux next month.

If you’re looking for a static caravan, definitely don’t pass these guys by. They have an amazing selection, truly know their stuff, and, most importantly, are genuinely lovely and easy to deal with.
