Static World is not a holiday park; we are a specialised showground featuring a diverse selection of new and used static caravans and lodges. Whether you are seeking a model for your own land or for a suitable holiday park that accepts privately purchased static caravans, we make the buying process simple and enjoyable.


Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring your journey to purchase a new or used holiday home is hassle-free. We aim to streamline the buying process for customers, including assistance with selecting the right caravan, finding suitable holiday parks, arranging transportation, and locating qualified individuals to site and install caravans.

  • STEP 1. Visit our showground or explore from home

    On-site experience

    We invite you to visit our showground to explore our extensive selection of new and pre-owned inventory. Our experienced team is on hand to address any inquiries you may have and help you identify the options that best meet your requirements and budget.


    Virtual visits

    If you cannot visit in person, we offer a walk-through video of our caravans and lodges. Additionally, we can arrange live video calls, allowing you to ask questions and view the models virtually, ensuring that you have access to comprehensive information during the process.

  • STEP 2. Where your caravan will be sited

    Private land

    If you're planning to site your caravan on private land, it's important to have your location confirmed and any necessary permissions in place. From there, we can talk you through the next steps, including site access and transport and siting arrangements.


    Holiday parks

    As an off-site static caravan dealership, we find that most of our customers already have a location in mind for their caravan before making a purchase. However, if you're looking to site your caravan at a holiday park and haven't yet found the right one, we can help identify suitable holiday parks that accept privately purchased static caravans. 

  • STEP 3. Discuss your requirements

    Understanding your needs allows us to present options that fit your criteria.


    To best identify the caravan or lodge that meets your needs, please let us know:

    • Your approximate budget
    • Size and style preferences
    • Desired number of bedrooms
    • Any specific features or requirements you have
    • The intended site for the caravan, including the postcode

    This information will enable us to better assist you in your search.

  • STEP 4. Transport and access

    Although Static World does not provide transport directly, we collaborate with reliable independent transport companies and can connect you with suitable providers to arrange transportation for your caravan.


    For accurate transportation quotes, we will request the delivery postcode and, if applicable, a video of the site access to ensure smooth delivery.

  • STEP 5. Installation and siting

    Many customers make their own arrangements for siting their caravans, but if you prefer assistance, we can introduce you to trusted professionals who handle transport, siting, and installation services.

  • STEP 6. Selecting your static caravan or lodge

    Once we have all your preferences, we’ll recommend suitable options from our inventory or from trusted manufacturers. You can view them at our showground, or if purchasing from a distance, we can provide photos, videos, and live viewings.


    If you need more information about specific features or options, just let us know – we’re here to assist.

  • STEP 7. Finalising your purchase

    Once you've found the right static caravan or lodge, we'll collect a few key details from you to prepare your invoice. Your invoice will include all the information you need to make payment and complete the purchase. 


    Please note that Static World does not currently offer finance solutions, so payment must be made directly by the customer.
